A futurist for changeA futurist for change

Through the years, I have delivered contributions to projects and programs, where I have flexibly adapted my portfolio and competences to plug and play in a number of different tasks, including but not limited to:

Change Agent.

Research Principal.

Brand Strategist.

Cultural Curator.

Pastoral Mentor.

In any of the above roles, I have leveraged my academic background and business experience as accumulated through the three decades in various functions, enterprises, and countries.

The Formative Years.

I started in the Italian creative industry. This went from ItalDesign Giugiaro (automotive design) to Euro RSCG Milano (leading EU agency network), via Armando Testa (where I worked on clients like P&G and Bolton). Project management, public relations and copywriting for national advertising campaigns were my first trajectories. Furthermore, I developed additional experience as an editor-in-chief, journalist and author with fine arts, design and cultural publishers.

The Leadership Years.

From 1999, my leadership role as a Director in the world famed Strategic Design team at Philips Design followed for a decade. Here, I directed foresight programs and branding services. I developed Philips Design services in brand design, in cultural trend analysis, and networks in advanced business development, exploring industries like automotive and categories like luxury goods. My portfolio was enriched by countless projects. Industries included lighting, semiconductors, consumer electronics, medical digital services. Furthermore, I enjoyed non-competing third party clients like Lancia, Nike, VDL Mannesman, Mexx, and more. Also, as a company speaker, I was trained in stage performance to represent the company in world class conferences and academic collaborations. As a media savvy executive, I represented the company with articles, interviews and features. The Consulting Years.
